Campaign Manager
Located offices in Bioggio (Lugano)
You will be working as part of a small team responsible for:
· Creating, coding, implementing and booking of all online
advertising campaigns on our ad-server software.
· Managing aspects of network tagging structure to maximise
revenue generation and campaign response.
· Working with other departments to ensure best practice in
use of emerging technologies and techniques for advertising
delivery.
· Monitoring and reporting campaign impacts to guarantee
that we are exploiting all potential revenue.
· Working with all types of new media e.g. Opt-in-Email, Lead
generation, eCRM or SMS marketing to produce the best
possible yield for our clients.
Required Skills and Abilities:
· Must be a team oriented technical enthusiast looking to
further their knowledge in this abundant market.
· Proven experience in a similar role.
· Must have a thorough knowledge of ad serving
and reporting.
· Will be the type of person who is flexible, a team player,
self-motivated, down to earth and commercial focussed.
· Ability to enter accurate campaign data into our ad-serving
engine.
· Ability to establish and maintain effective working
relationships with managers and employees, along with
working with external clients.
· Ability to maintain own workflow and meet deadlines and
quality standards in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
· Must possess self-motivation, communication, and customer
service skills, and exchange information with others clearly
and concisely with minimal supervision.

Senior Account Manager
Located offices in Bioggio (Lugano)
Sales Commission: Un-capped
You will be working as part of a small team responsible for:
· The sale of online media and lead-generation campaigns
across the ad pepper portfolio of web sites to agencies and
clients direct in Asia and Latin America.
· To meet and exceed mutually agreed revenue and activity
targets.
· To maintain and grow trading relationships with certain
advertising agencies and clients at both operational and
strategic levels.
· To manage the wider relationship between ad pepper media
and certain key account clients in both the advertising
agency and client direct sector.
· To assist other departments from time to time as directed
by the Head of Sales
Required Skills and Abilities:
· At least 3 years sales experience including at least one-
year selling online advertising within the major advertising
agencies.
· Strong advertising agency contacts at buyer level and be
able to demonstrate the ability to secure senior level
contacts.
· Trained in key sales skills including face to face
presentation and negotiation.
· Strongly driven, competitive and self motivated to achieve
high commissions.
· Demonstrate a high degree of socially confidence, enough
to maintain trading relationships at senior level.
